1. Your choice, not a condition

Marketing consent is optional and separate from the User Policies you accept to create an account. You can use Dallal, earn and redeem rewards, and receive all essential service messages whether or not you agree to marketing. Withholding or withdrawing this consent never affects your account, your rewards, your standing with partner branches, or the quality of the service — as required by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

2. What you consent to

If you opt in, you agree that Dallal may use the email address and phone number associated with your account to send you marketing and promotional communications about:

• Offers, discounts, and loyalty promotions from Dallal and its partner salons.
• New partner branches, services, and features on the platform.
• Tips to help you get more value from your rewards.
• Occasional surveys and invitations to give feedback.

3. Channels

We may contact you by email and SMS to the details on your account. We do not use auto-diallers or robocalls for marketing.

4. What we will not do

• We do not sell or rent your email or phone number to anyone.
• We do not share your contact details with partner brands for their own marketing.
• We do not send third-party advertising on behalf of unrelated companies.
• We limit messages to a reasonable frequency and never spam.

5. Withdrawing consent — anytime

Withdrawing is as easy as giving. You can opt out at any time by:

• Turning off “Marketing communications” in Account settings;
• Using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email;
• Replying STOP to any marketing SMS; or
• Emailing us at support@dallal.life.

Withdrawal takes effect promptly. You will still receive essential service messages (for example, account, security, and reward-claim notifications), which are not marketing.

6. Legal basis, records & your rights

We rely on your consent as the legal basis for marketing under the PDPL. We keep a record of when you gave or withdrew consent and which version of this notice applied, so your consent is demonstrable. Under the PDPL you may access, correct, or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA). الموافقة على التسويق والاتصالات

يوضّح هذا الإشعار كيف تستخدم منصة دلال بيانات تواصلك لإرسال رسائل تسويقية، ولا يُطبَّق إلا إذا اخترت الموافقة (الاشتراك) بنفسك.

١. اختيارك وليس شرطًا

الموافقة على التسويق اختيارية ومنفصلة عن سياسات المستخدمين التي توافق عليها لإنشاء الحساب. يمكنك استخدام دلال وكسب المكافآت واستبدالها وتلقّي كل الرسائل الخدمية الأساسية سواء وافقت على التسويق أم لا. إن رفضك أو سحبك لهذه الموافقة لا يؤثر إطلاقًا على حسابك أو مكافآتك أو علاقتك بالفروع الشريكة أو جودة الخدمة، وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL).

٢. ما الذي توافق عليه

إذا اشتركت، فأنت توافق على أن تستخدم دلال بريدك الإلكتروني ورقم جوالك المرتبطين بحسابك لإرسال رسائل تسويقية وترويجية حول:

• العروض والخصومات وبرامج الولاء من دلال والصالونات الشريكة.
• الفروع الشريكة الجديدة والخدمات والميزات على المنصة.
• نصائح تساعدك على الاستفادة أكثر من مكافآتك.
• استبيانات ودعوات لإبداء رأيك من حين لآخر.

٣. قنوات التواصل

قد نتواصل معك عبر البريد الإلكتروني والرسائل النصية (SMS) على بيانات حسابك. لا نستخدم الاتصال الآلي في التسويق.

٤. ما لن نفعله

• لا نبيع أو نؤجّر بريدك أو رقم جوالك لأي جهة.
• لا نشارك بيانات تواصلك مع العلامات الشريكة لتسويقها الخاص.
• لا نرسل إعلانات لطرف ثالث نيابةً عن شركات لا علاقة لها بالخدمة.
• نحصر الرسائل ضمن تكرار معقول ولا نرسل رسائل مزعجة.

٥. سحب الموافقة — في أي وقت

سحب الموافقة سهل كمنحها. يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت عبر:

• إيقاف «رسائل التسويق» من إعدادات الحساب؛
• رابط إلغاء الاشتراك في أي بريد تسويقي؛
• الرد بكلمة STOP على أي رسالة تسويقية نصية؛ أو
• مراسلتنا على support@dallal.life.

يسري السحب فورًا. ستستمر في تلقّي الرسائل الخدمية الأساسية (مثل إشعارات الحساب والأمان واستبدال المكافآت) لأنها ليست رسائل تسويقية.

٦. الأساس النظامي والسجلّات وحقوقك

نعتمد على موافقتك كأساس نظامي للتسويق بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. نحتفظ بسجلّ لوقت منحك أو سحبك للموافقة وإصدار هذا الإشعار المطبّق، بحيث تكون موافقتك قابلة للإثبات. ويحق لك بموجب النظام الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت، كما يمكنك تقديم شكوى لدى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا). التفاصيل الكاملة في سياسة الخصوصية.
