1. Who sells the subscription

Dallal business subscriptions and the Discovery add-on are sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle processes the payment and the tax, and its name appears on card statements for these payments. The loyalty service is free for customers; this policy concerns businesses that pay for a plan.

2. 14-day refund

A business can get a full refund on request within 14 days of any payment — the first payment or any monthly renewal. No reason is needed.

3. How to ask

• Use the link in the Paddle receipt email for that payment, or
• contact our support at support@dallal.life or through the Support page, with the business name and the payment date.

Paddle returns the money to the original payment method.

4. What happens after a refund

• A full refund ends the subscription at once, and the business becomes read-only: the dashboard and its data stay visible, but no new visits, offers, branches or gift links can be added until the business subscribes again.
• A partial refund does not change the subscription: it stays active.
• Rewards that customers have already earned stay claimable.

5. Cancelling without a refund

A subscription can be cancelled at any time from "Manage billing" in the Billing tab. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and nothing more is charged.
